Si Scott was born in 1977 and is a modern day artist who uses a great quantity of detail in his work. His animal drawings include swans, insects, a loin, and a few others. His work is a type of typography. In his animal drawings  he sometimes tries to infuse them with every day objects such as a insect wing with a pair of scissors. The way he produces his drawings is by using skills of fine hand drawing with pen inks, working layer over layer.


His work also includes magazine covers. People find that his type of font is very unique. He has been associated with Nike, Sony and other companies. Both his drawings of animals and  typeface are made up of a series of curves which seem to flow together. He has also exhibited a wide range of his work in many different  countries.

He is from Leeds and has a full-time work schedule as a artist and creative designer. As a part time job he still goes to his college where he gives lectures.

He had left school at the age of sixteen and went to Leeds College of Art and Design to study a BTEC in Graphic Design and a foundation in Visual Communication. He then went to what is now  Buckinghamshire New University to study for a degree in Graphic Design.



According to him, he recieves his inspiration from music.
He is now challenging himeself by changing his regular 2D work into 3D creation.
